Speakers


John Frazier

John Frazier serves as the Senior Technical Director for the Hohenstein Institute of America working with brands, manufacturers, and chemical companies to develop tools that enable more sustainable manufacturing of apparel and footwear. Prior to Hohenstein, John served as the Senior Director of Chemistry for Nike, working on greener chemistry, water stewardship, and product innovation. 

John also has served on the advisory boards for the American Chemical Society Green Chemistry Institute (ACS-GCI), the Green Chemistry and Commerce Council (GC3), and Northwest Green Chemistry (NGC).

Scott Echols

Scott Echols is the Senior Director for the ZDHC Roadmap to Zero Programme. He has B.S and M.S. Degrees in chemistry and textile chemistry and over 30 years of experience that has ranged from environmental chemistry to textile and footwear product chemistry. Previously, he was part of the Nike Materials Science Innovation group and was the Environmental Manager for C&A Europe. He is based in Portland, Oregon, USA.

Dr. Siva Rama Kumar Pariti

Senior Technical Marketing Officer at Sustainable Textiles Solutions an independent division of Bluwin Limited U.K.

Dr. Siva oversees all technical programs and engages with the industries’ stakeholders developing the most practical solutions to complex challenges.

He is an approved ZDHC academy trainer and Higg FEM Trainer and Chemical specialist Verifier and has worked as Chief Operating Officer of Society of Dyers and Colourists which involved capacity building and creating awareness on coloration and allied fields.  He has done B.Sc. (Tech.) M.Sc (Tech), and Ph.D. (Tech) from ICT formerly known as UDCT in the field of Intermediates and Dyestuff Technology Division.

He is Hon. Chairman of Society of Dyers and Colourists India and recipient of Silver medal for services towards coloration in India.
